 How does it work :

– When we signed the property search mandate we will ask you a deposit of 450€ that will be returned to you if we do not show you 5 properties that match your requirements within the 4 following months.

– Between 4% to 2% of the selling price. We can give you a quote beforehand according to your criteria. Our fees will be paid only if we successfully find you a property and will be paid on the day of the signing.

Our fees are more than compensate with the savings you will be doing having a professional helping you in the negotiation process & the time you will be saving.
